Xanthos is a newly completed 3 bedroom villa located about 7 minutes from the centre of the traditional Turkish town of Kas, on the far side of the Cukurbag Peninsular.

The villa, which is set within its own gardens of palms, bougainvillea, jasmin, lilac, honeysuckle, lemon and olive trees, has spectacular views over the Mediterranean Sea.

Frequent Dolmus’ (buses) provide cheap and easy access to the main town of Kas or, alternatively, taxis are readily available.

The villa, built to a contemporary Turkish style with stone cladding and a slate roof, is very spacious and light; finishes being predominantly white with traditional Iznik Ceramics and Kilims adding a splash of colour to the interior. The villa benefits from full Air Conditioning and has 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom. In addition to this there are 2 sofa beds in the lounge so up to 10 people could be accommodated.

Guests will receive a welcome pack upon arrival and our representative will call the next day to provide details on the villas, as well as useful information for your stay.

Bed linen is provided as are hand and bath towels.

Villas are cleaned regularly and linen changed once a week.

The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped for those wishing to cook.

From the front entrance, which is located within a full height circular turret, a few steps lead down into the main living area, with the dining area adjoining this & the kitchen backing onto the dining area

The Kitchen is fully fitted with cupboards and a wine rack and has all the usual utensils including pots & pans, knives forks, spoons, wine glasses, tumblers etc. A polished black granite work surface backs onto the tiled wall below the fitted cupboards.

Double doors lead out from the living area onto the West facing terrace and Infinity pool where you can enjoy the sunset whilst sipping a cool Gin & Tonic!

Overlooking the pool, there is the Turkish room, with dining table and chairs, which provides a cool covered outdoor dining area.

Here, in the afternoon, you can enjoy an alfresco meal away from the heat of the afternoon sun and, in the evening, you can marvel at the red glow of the sun as it sets over the sea.

First Floor

From the 1st floor landing there are 3 bedrooms each with large fitted wardrobes, and balconies with table and chairs. Full linen is provided as well as hand and bath towels. Further details are as below:

Pool, Terrace and gardens

From the lounge, double doors lead out onto the large pool terrace where there are stunning views to the West.

The terrace has 6 sun loungers, barbecue, low tables for drinks, 2 parasols and table + chairs for that early morning breakfast.

The 8 m x 5 m infinity pool, suitable for children, has steps leading down to the shallow end, 1.20 m deep sloping down to the deep end which is 1.70 m deep.
